North Dakota's Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) program, which provides data to support research and evaluation of education and training programs, has launched a new publicly available app.
The SLDS Data Explorer allows easy access to statewide education data, showing aggregated high school and postsecondary education data for districts, REAs, and the state as a whole. It allows users to view data in five areas:

Using the SLDS Data Explorer, members of the public, such as teachers, students, or parents, can gain a better understanding of student outcomes across the state. For example, if a student that is wondering how well they did on the ACT compared to other students in their district, they could compare their score against the aggregate score using the SLDS Data Explorer. Note that no personally identifiable information is included in these reports. The app only displays data at an aggregate level.
